Pacific Movement was created from a deep passion for female wellbeing, conscious living and meaningful movement - both physically and in how we choose to live, work and consume.

After spending my entire career in a male-dominated industry, I felt a strong pull to build something different. Something that not only supported women, but actively champions female-owned brands, creativity and independence.  Pacific Movement is the intersection of two passions: wellness and woman lead business.

Every product you see here has been carefully and intentionally chosen. This is not mass wellness, it is a boutique edit of brands that align with our values and are genuinely supportive of wellbeing. From how ingredients are sourced, to production and packaging alignment matters if it doesn't feel right it doesn't make the cut.

Pacific Movement is about more than products, its about Fuel & Function Movement,  Restoration and Mind - supporting woman through all seasons of life.

The name Pacific Movement is deeply personal. It is inspired by our family's favourite place - Southern California. Where Palm trees meet the Pacific Ocean. That landscape represents everything this brand stands for: freedom, balance, energy, calm and flow. A reminder to move with intention, but also slow down and restore.

Pacific Movement exists to support women who want to feel strong, nourished and aligned - without compromising their values. This is modern wellbeing curated with care.
