Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders to the UK and Ireland are processed within 2–3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

Please note:
Oversized Sweats are printed on demand and shipped separately. These items have an estimated dispatch time of 7–10 working days from order.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated and clearly shown at checkout based on the items in your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become active.

If you have not received your order within 5 working days of receiving your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at nikki@pacificmovement.co.uk with your name and order number.

Customs & Duties (Ireland Orders)

Orders shipped to Ireland may be subject to import duties, VAT or customs charges once they reach their destination. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs fees and regulations vary by country, and we are unable to provide estimates. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

Please note:

  • Customs processing may cause delays beyond our control

  • Pacific Movement cannot guarantee delivery times where customs clearance is required

  • We accurately declare the contents and value of all shipments in accordance with the law

If customs charges are refused and the order is returned or destroyed, you will be responsible for any associated costs. If a returned order is received by us, we will refund the product cost excluding shipping fees and any customs-related charges incurred.
